Archives-pages form an electronic archive of the family. Subpages (subfolders) are introduced on the main page and actual archived material is stored on subfolders. All kinds of material related to a topic can be stored in a subfolder. In addition to the text written directly on a front page of a subfolder also images, documents and videos can be archived.
The subfolder structure forms a hierarchy which objective is to assisit users to search and find archived materialt. A requirement for establishing a new subfolder is a topic of general interst. An administrator establishes a folder based on an user request. The website team has preliminary defined a few possible subfolders. Establishing of these folders can be agreed in the next family reunion. Planned purpose of these folders are introduced bellow.
